This is a maintenance release in response to some recent package
updates.

  - Updated references to the stackr package to the new lopensemble name
  - Updated for compatibility with scoringutils 2.0.0, which is now a
    requirement.

This is a maintenance release which updates the package CI and use of
functions depreciated since the last release in 2020. It also includes a
range of other changes that were missed from previous releases.
