EpiSoon 0.3.2

This is a maintenance release in response to some recent package updates.

• Updated references to the stackr package to the new lopensemble name
• Updated for compatibility with scoringutils 2.0.0, which is now a requirement.

EpiSoon 0.3.1

This is a maintenance release which updates the package CI and use of functions depreciated since the last release in 2020. It also includes a range of other changes that were missed from previous releases.
